IMPORTANT - PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR HHS/WORKPLACE AND PAYROLL ID NUMBER IN THE NOTES DURING CHECKOUT. 

Please view the sizing information in the product images to ensure correct size is ordered as we have recently moved to a unisex / adult sizing chart. Your order is custom made so we are unable to exchange if sizing is incorrect.

Proof of employment with Queensland Government will be required to collect orders.  

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Postage and Handling payable on each order where delivery is preferred. For bulk orders of three polos or more will attract additional postage costs. 

Orders with no postage paid will need to be collected from your nominated Intersport store - Mackay, Airlie Beach or Moranbah.

Shipping and Pick Up locations are given during the checkout process.
